Cuttings Re-injection (CRI) is a safe, efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly treatment technology. Through collecting, crushing, shearing, grinding, screening, reinjection and other technological processes , it reinjects the wastes generated during oil field production, storage and transportation, refining, etc. to the storage layer of the target layer.

Receive Tank
Mainly used for receive and store the solid fluid, installed with the agitators and centrifugal pumps, to mix and transfer the solid fluid.
Slurry makin Skid
Use the centrifugal pump for milling and make slurry, installed with the agitators and shale shaker, to filtrate the slurry.
Holding Tank Skid
Mainly used for store the slurry, installed with the agitators and centrifugal pumps, to mix and transfer slurry.
Re-injection Pump Skid
Use the electric motor to drive the plungerpump, to pump the slurry into the well, and monitor the Pressure and flow ratetimely.
MCC Container
Install all the electric control equipmentinside one container, cooling with air conditioner.
